Tiles The rubber tiles we use provide a finished surface with similar properties as Wet Pour. The tiles are laid onto a prepared concrete base. The tiles are prefabricated, 1m x 1m, and are supplied in various thicknesses. The thickness of the tile used is dependent on the Critical Fall Height (CFH) of the equipment. All tiles comply with BS EN 1177 and BS 7188. Test Certificates are supplied for all thicknesses offered. Impact absorbing rubber tile Existing ground level Pressure treated timber edging Pressure treated timber stake Subbase: 100 mm concrete Tile adhesive Quad Pavers Quad Pavers can be a cost effective way of providing a wear & tear resistant surface at small points of high wear. 20mm thick, hard wearing, black rubber tiles are bonded onto 50mm thick concrete paving slabs (600mm x 600mm). Quad Pavers can be installed flush into existing grass surfaces to provide a child friendly path or at points of high wear i.e. adjacent to Springers or at the end of Adventure Trails.
